Advantage Industries provides management for all stages of each project. From the pre-design phase of a project through construction and delivery, we form alliances with investors, contractors, structural engineers, and specialized trades people to deliver a quality product to a satisfied client.

Advantage Industries is committed to providing each customer with the best engineering design and construction management services available. We deliver on-schedule completion, and final products that exceed expectations. We approach every project with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, cost, and practical engineering while upholding honestly, integrity and great value.

Our Start

Advantage Industries Incorporated was formed and organized by Nancy D. Barden, PE. She received her Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1983 and went on to manage the civil engineering divisions of two major design & build companies. Nancy founded Advantage in 1989, offering her experience and expertise in commercial and industrial construction, as well as a commitment to service, dependability and excellence.

Advantage Industries acquired certification as a Female Business Enterprise (FBE) and began operations early in the summer of 2012. We will initially provide civil engineering and construction managements services. Then, as we grow, we intend to add additional disciplines to our engineering services.
